Are you qualified, licensed, and insured?
I am a licensed Home Inspector in the state of Tennessee and received training through ICA (Inspection Certification Associates). I am an active member and Certified Professional Inspector witht InterNACHI, the worlds largest association for home inspectors. Inspection times can vary depending on factors such as size, age and condition of the home. Because we perform a thorough quality inspection you can expect the average inspection to last between 2 and 3 hours for a home roughly 2000 square feet in size.
Can I attend the inspection?
Not only can you attend the inspection, we highly recommend it! We really enjoy the opportunity to interact with our clients while educating them about the peculiarities of a property. So please join us and don't forget to ask questions. Remember, we are here for you and you only.
